Terms and Conditions
These working terms describe participation in the NeuroSage Mental Wellness Camp registration portal. They require review and completion by qualified Indian legal counsel familiar with the actual organization and services.
1. Purpose and scope
NeuroSage provides an event registration and preliminary mental wellness awareness process. The registration collects participant details, support preferences, payment reference, and consent records so the team can administer the camp.
2. Preliminary screening and professional care
Questions about areas of concern are for preliminary awareness and support coordination only. Selecting an option does not indicate or establish a disorder. The portal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response. Any assessment or professional service must be provided by an appropriately qualified professional under separately explained terms. No particular professional, consultation, or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Participant information and conduct
Please provide accurate information and update the team if a correction is needed. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, interfere with the portal, or disclose information about someone else without authority. You are not required to provide a diagnosis, prescription, or medical record.
4. Registration and payment verification
Registration is not approved merely because a form or UTR is submitted. Payment is made directly through a UPI application and is manually checked by an authorized administrator. Registration remains pending until payment is verified and approval is recorded. Use the registration reference for support requests.
5. Fees, cancellation, and refunds
The event fee is displayed before submission and configured by the organizer. Cancellation and refund rules have not yet been supplied. The organization must publish its actual policy, applicable deadlines, and process before accepting payments. No refund promise is made by this draft.
6. Availability and event changes
Event details, schedule, venue or delivery method, accessibility arrangements, and support availability must be confirmed by the organizer. The portal or event may be unavailable or changed; the organizer will communicate material changes through configured contact channels.
7. Privacy and information sharing
Information use, access, hosting, email delivery, payment verification, and participant rights are described in the Privacy Policy. Necessary technology providers may process information for service delivery. Information is not sold for advertising. The organization must ensure the implemented practices and provider contracts match those disclosures.
8. Minors and guardian consent
Participants under 18 need participant assent and a parent or legal guardian confirmation through the configured email flow. The link records consent but does not verify identity or legal authority. The organizer must review and approve the minor participation process before launch.
9. Safety and emergencies
This portal is not an emergency service and is not monitored for crisis response. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to an appropriate emergency department.
10. Contact, complaints, and updates
Registration support: neurosageishere@gmail.com. Privacy questions: [PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL to be configured]. Legal entity name, contact address, event-specific rules, complaint handling, and effective terms version must be completed by the organization before launch. Updated terms will be versioned and presented as required.
